Section 7 Shipping

 

We currently ship only within Germany. Orders are shipped from our facilities in Germany or France, depending on stock availability.

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

 

The first is standard shipping, which is free of charge and generally takes between 4 and 5 business days.

 

The second is express shipping with insurance, available for a flat fee of 4.95 EUR, which generally takes between 2 and 3 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date the order is placed. Occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delay.
