SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. Depending on stock availability, your order will be dispatched from our facilities in Germany or France.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. We aim to process all orders the same day they are placed. During busier periods, processing may take a little longer, generally between 1 and 2 business days, before your order is handed over to the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

Standard shipping is free of charge and typically takes 4 to 5 business days from dispatch.

Express shipping with insurance is available for a flat fee of 4.95 EUR and typically takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch. This option includes shipping insurance, giving you extra peace of mind for faster delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date the order was placed. During busy periods such as promotions or holidays, both processing and delivery times may take a little longer due to higher order volumes.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please email us at info@lakoriax.com within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
